Guessamate/Guesstamate: Somewhere in between guessing and estamating lies guessamate/guesstamate.
Guessamate was the creation of Meghanne while Guesstamate is the creation of yours truly.
"I need to guessamate/guesstamate when I last went to the doctor so that she can put it in her chart"

I use the "guesstamate" word quite a bit. It's one of those oddities that just somehow ended up in our vernacular.
